An exciting announcement: Quirkyalone: A Manifesto for Uncompromising Romantics has been optioned by Slate of Eight, LLC, producers Alan Jacobs and Dena Hysell, with the intention of developing it as a television show. Slate of Eight, LLC, is a development and production company focused on sophisticated material for film and television. The company was founded by entertainment industry entrepreneurs Alan Jacobs and Jean-Louis Velaise, who were classmates at Stanford Business School.
